Excellent experience during the stays. Beautiful decoration, and the room was very clean and neat with large spaces. I love the fitness there, too. If I remember correctly, Harry at the front desk gave me an impressive and unforgettable services, he was very kind and enthusiastic. I will come back the other days.

It was a great stay that I had at this Sofitel hotel. The spacious rooms are very beautiful and comfortable, the service was perfect, welcoming and very pleasant. Phoenix was exceptional and provided perfect service and very efficient service and took care of all details and made my stay very pleasant. I recommend this beautiful and welcoming hotel and I will book there again in the future. I had again an amazing experience. Thank you to the hotel team and in particular to Phoenix for its high quality of service.

I would like to provide a high rating for Sofitel Hotel and express my gratitude to the receptionist, Phoenix Jia, for her excellent service. She was helpful and friendly, and took great care of my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with all modern amenities. She was always ready to assist with any inquiries and recommended places to visit in the city. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will recommend the hotel to my friends and family. Harry is the best and very helpful, he can speak english well too. We spent one day in Sofitel Foshan, and we are really happy with the overall experience. Got upgraded for free to a higher room. Will definitely stay again. Nice service, and friendly welcome from Harry. Clean room.
